How to Reach Ranthambore National Park from Bangalore
By Air
The quickest way to reach Ranthambore from Bangalore is by flying to Jaipur (≈3 hours). From Jaipur, hire a taxi for the remaining 3.5 – 4 hours drive to the park.
By Train
Trains to Sawai Madhopur from Bangalore are available via Kota or Delhi. The journey is long and may take 40 – 45 hours.
By Road
The drive from Bangalore to Ranthambore is around 2,000 km, taking 35 – 36 hours, and is not recommended for casual travelers.
Travel Tip: For a smooth and comfortable journey, most travelers prefer flying to Jaipur and taking a taxi to Ranthambore. Trains to Sawai Madhopur are convenient for those who enjoy rail travel. Starting early is recommended to enjoy the scenery and reach the park in time for safaris.
